GRINNELL, IA—Students and staff at Davis Elementary School are gathered for an all-school assembly when a surprise guest makes it clear that the gathering is not what it seems. With Iowa Department of Education Director McKenzie Snow in attendance,  Milken Educator Awards Vice President Jennifer Fuller presents third grade teacher Holly Hunter with Iowa's sole 2024-25 Milken Educator Award — and a $25,000 cash prize.
