In Tucson, AZ, at Desert View High School, an assembly for students, staff and visiting dignitaries gathered for a supposed town meeting, but were surprised, instead, by special guest Lowell Milken, chairman and co-founder of the Milken Family Foundation.  Moments later, science teacher Jonathan Cadena was shocked to hear he was the assembly's honored guest as the Arizona's 2017-18 Milken Educator Award recipient.
