Angie Beavin Wins Milken Educator Award in Kentucky

At Peaks Mill Elementary in Frankfort, KY,  Lowell Milken, chairman and co-founder of the Milken Family Foundation, congratulates fifth-grade teacher Angie Beavin, who has just been announced as Kentucky's 2018-19 Milken Educator Award Recipient.
