In the most recent issue of Kansas! Magazine, the Lowell Milken Center was named one of the publication's "20 Reasons We Love Kansas."

The magazine praises the center's "internationally acclaimed student projects" and "remarkable stories," which the Lowell Milken Center facilitates with teachers and students all over the country, and many of which are on display in the Center's historic Fort Scott location. The aritcle features a photo (below) of Executive director Norm Conard giving a tour of the Lowell Milken Center's current exhibits to Kansas Governor Sam Brownback.
